Martin Evans Auctions are proud to be supporting the Sunbury Neighbourhood Kitchen.
Sunbury Neighbourhood Kitchen (formally Rotary Club of Sunbury Family Community Kitchen) has been serving the community for 3 years.
This month, September we celebrate three years. We started with six volunteers and four guests. Three years later, we have become an incorporated charity organisation, with sixty volunteers registered and serving to 170 guests every Monday evening.
Sunbury Neighbourhood Kitchen (SNK) will be holding our annual major fundraiser “Pay It Forward” Monday 26th September. The public can come and have a meal and experience what our volunteers provide every Monday evening to the less fortunate.
Your minimum donation of $40 will pay it forward for 10 meals for a guest at the SNK.
Last years "Pay It Forward" raised enough funds to serve meals to 150 guests for thirteen Monday's.
SNK provides nutritional meals, where otherwise the guests may go without. SNK provides companionship, where otherwise isolation and loneliness may exist. SNK provides personal social growth, knowledge, caring and happiness, where otherwise depression might occur.
We are welcoming the community in supporting our major fundraiser whether by coming to the Pay It Forward, donate direct or offer an item to be auctioned.
